How to Use
Define the Cupid's Bow – Hold the lip liner sideways and draw a soft line at the top of the Cupid's bow and at the center of the lower lip line.
Outline the Lips – Using soft strokes, start from the Cupid's bow and draw a line to the corner of the lip; repeat on the other side. For the lower lip, start from the center and draw a line to each corner.
Fill In – Shade the entire lip area with the pencil, using the side of the tip. This prolongs lip color wear and helps prevent bleeding and feathering.
Enhance Fullness – To create the appearance of fuller lips, slightly overdraw just the center of the lips, connecting from the outer corners to the Cupid's bow.
