How to Use
For the Lash Line: Apply the eyeliner along the upper lash line. Hold the pencil horizontally, keeping the long side of the tip flat against the lid. Use short strokes to ensure the application stays close to the lashes.
For Tightlining: Gently lift the upper eyelid to expose the base of the lashes. Apply the eyeliner in between the lashes using a dot-and-wiggle motion to create the illusion of fuller lashes.
For the Waterline: Carefully apply the eyeliner along the inner rim of the lower eyelid for added definition.
Smudging (Optional): For a smoky effect, smudge the line gently with a brush or fingertip before the product sets.
